Electronic hourglass circuit is used to use the LED light to simulate the movement of the ancient hourglass timing process. The whole design is to use the CD4015 shift register as the main control chip, using the chip CD4069 gate circuit constitutes a polytunnel oscillator to generate clock signals, and through the LED image of the sand grains, simulating the movement of the hourglass process. Electronic LED will be like a real hourglass, is located in the upper inverted triangle of the 15 LED full light (simulation of sand filled container), whenever one is extinguished, in the lower part of the triangle there will be a LED light and the position corresponds to (simulation of hourglass lower part of the grains of sand piled up one by one). Until finally the upper LED all off, the lower LED all light, followed by the lower LED all off, the upper all light, and repeat the above process.
